Sankra KYC Verification – Documents and Process

Learn about possible Sankra KYC documents, account-based submission and how verification can relate to withdrawals.

Sankra KYC verification: documents, review and withdrawals

KYC means “know your customer”. An identity or payment review may be requested during an account process, before certain transactions, or before a withdrawal can be completed. Sankra may request different documents for each account; the request shown in the account confirms what is needed for that case.

Sankra’s Terms version 1.8, updated 28 May 2026, list the United Kingdom as a restricted jurisdiction. UK registration, deposits and withdrawals are not available under those terms.

Documents that may be requested

Review area Possible evidence Good preparation
Identity Valid passport, national identity card or driving licence Ensure the image is clear, complete and unexpired.
Address Recent bank statement, utility bill or other accepted address evidence Use the same name and address supplied in the account.
Payment ownership Evidence that the payment method belongs to the account holder Follow masking instructions if they are provided.
Deposit source Proof connected with a reviewed deposit Provide only the material requested in the account flow.
Additional review Selfie with ID, video check or phone confirmation Complete steps only through the designated channel.

Not every visitor will be asked for every item. Requirements can vary with account details, payment route, transaction pattern, location and the nature of the review. Never email documents, passwords or full payment-card details unless a secure, official account process specifically directs otherwise.

A practical procedure

  1. Read the request in the account area and check which document type and format are accepted.
  2. Upload legible, unedited copies through the designated area. Cropped images, expired documents or mismatched details can lead to a further request.
  3. Monitor the account and registered contact channel for a response or an additional evidence request.
  4. If information is unclear, contact support without sending sensitive files in the email itself.

Timing and withdrawal context

Stage Current account terms What it means
Document review 0–10 days / up to ten business days A review range, not a promise of approval or completion.
Pending withdrawal Up to three business days A separate withdrawal-request stage.
Final processing No separate fixed duration stated May depend on completed review and payment route.

These stages should not be added together as a guaranteed total. A withdrawal may depend on completed KYC, account status, payment-method checks and current conditions. Read payments for transaction information and terms for eligibility rules. If gambling is causing concern, pause and read responsible gambling page.
